Fanie le Roux

Fanie was born and grew up in Franschoek. He trained as a teacher. Since 1972 he started painting part-time and did cources at Cape Town Technical College and the Ruth Prowse School of art.
Fanie works mainly in oil and paints from life where possible. His work has a fresh Impressionistic quality.
His work can be found in numerous private collections locally and abroad.
